Dear Parents,
Please complete this form (one form per student) to register for any one of the below bus services run by TIS. This is on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability.
07:50 Coloane (pick up at Helene Gardens and One Oasis) ---> TIS
15:00 TIS ---> Coloane (drop off at Helene Gardens and One Oasis)
The cost for this service will be:
One way - MOP800 per month
Two way - MOP1,020 per month
Payment schedule: September, January and April (invoice will be sent to the email address collected by submitting this form)
The school will be in touch regarding availability, payment and other relevant details such in due course.

服務費用為：
單程 -- 每月800澳門元
雙程 -- 每月1,020澳門元
繳費時間：逢9月、1月及4月繳費 (發票將發送至提交此表格後收到確認的電子郵箱)
